Terms and Conditions
WCP – Park and Fly Bristol
This is a legal document and contains contractual provisions. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
1.1 Bookings through the WCP – Park and Fly Bristol website are deemed to be made when validated on the website.
1.2 All services are subject to availability.
1.3 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol reserves the right not to accept or fulfill a booking.
1.4 If for any reason the customer is late (collecting car later than midnight of the collection date) then there will be charges as follows:

1.5 All prices are based on a maximum of 5 passengers per car. Each extra passenger will be charged at £3.00 per person.
1.6 Once the customer books a car space then no refund will be given.
2.1 Payment for a booking made on our website can only be made using debit card or credit card.
2.2 If payment by card is declined the service provider reserves the right not to fulfill your booking.
2.3 All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling
2.4 When a booking is made using an overseas credit card the card issuer will debit your account in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable on the date of processing. A conversion charge may be applicable.
2.5 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
3.1 The Customer may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before commencement of the booked parking period but no refund will be given back to the customer.
3.2 Cancellations shall be in writing by e-mail to email@example.com.
3.3 For the purposes of this Conditions 3 the booked parking period shall be deemed to commence at one minute past midnight on the first day of the parking period.
4.1 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s liability is as Bailee to take reasonable care of the Customer’s vehicle for the period commencing when the keys to the vehicle are delivered to WCP – Park and Fly Bristol (or, if later, the last time that the Customer returns to the vehicle) and terminating at the time when the keys to the vehicle are handed back to the Customer (or if earlier, when the Customer retakes possession of the vehicle) (“the Parking Period”). At all other times when the vehicle on WCP – Park and Fly Bristol premises and the vehicle shall be at the risk of the Customer.
4.2 THE CUSTOMER SHALL INSPECT THEIR VEHICLE AT THE END OF THE PARKING PERIOD AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE COMPANY BEFORE DRIVING THE VEHICLE OFF THE COMPANY PREMISES. WCP – PFB will not take any responsibility for damages reported after driving the vehicle off the company premises.
4.3 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol will accept liability in respect of any damage to the paintwork or bodywork of the Customers vehicle only when and to the extent that the same is proved to be caused by the negligence, willful act or default or breach of statutory duty of WCP – Park and Fly Bristol its servants or agents or the dishonesty of its servants or agents. Save that the Customer shall not be required to prove liability of Park and Fly Bristol for such damage where the Customer has requested a Vehicle Inspection Report (as defined below) and the damage in question is not recorded upon the Vehicle Inspection Report.
4.4 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol shall at the request of the Customer and upon payment of a fee of £5.00 undertake a joint visual inspection of the Customer’s vehicle and record any damage to the paintwork and/or bodywork prior to parking of the Customers vehicle (“Vehicle Inspection Report”).
4.5 During the Parking Period WCP – Park and Fly Bristol shall keep the vehicle at its premises at one of its authorized secure parking sites. The Customer authorizes WCP – Park and Fly Bristol to drive the vehicle between WCP – PFB’s parking sites.
4.6.1 Any Customer wishing to reclaim his vehicle prior to expiry of the agreed parking period will be liable to pay the parking fee for the whole of the agreed parking period.
4.6.2 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol require not less than 2 hours’ notice to make a vehicle available for collection prior to the day of expiry of the agreed parking period. WCP – Park and Fly Bristol can accept no liability for any delay in making a Customer’s vehicle available prior to expiry of the agreed parking period.
4.7 Neither the Customer nor any other person shall have the right to remove the vehicle or any other personal items left therein prior to payment in full of the parking fee.
4.8 It is the duty of the Customer to ensure that the vehicle is in a proper roadworthy condition prior to leaving WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises and entering on to public highway.
4.9 A Customer must produce the receipt provided by WCP – Park and Fly Bristol when reclaiming the vehicle. In the even that a receipt is lost Park and Fly Bristol shall be entitled to require proof of the Customers identity.
4.10 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol shall not be obliged to release the vehicle to a third party without the written authority of the Customer.
4.11. Our insurance covers us for vehicle claims up to £50,000 if your vehicle requires more insurance please arrange this at your earliest convenience.
5. Customer’s Liability
5.1.1 The Customer shall be liable for and indemnify WCP – Park and Fly Bristol in respect of any death, personal injury or damage caused by the Customer or any person with the Customer whilst on WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises or in any way arising from a breach of the warranty in paragraph 5.1.2 below.
5.1.2 The Customer warrants to WCP – Park and Fly Bristol that at the commencement of the Parking Period, the Customer’s vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition has a current MOT certificate, insurance, obtained road tax and that no dangerous toxic or illegal substances have been left within the vehicle.
6. Transport to and from Airport
6.1 Transport between WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises and the airport on WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s vehicles is FREE.
6.2 Transport between WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises and the airport leaves at regular intervals to coincide with flight arrivals and departure times. It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrive at Park and Fly Bristol’s premises in good time (allowing for possible traffic congestion and other delays) to enable them to arrive at the airport by the airline’s recommended check in time.
6.3 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol can accept no liability for transport delays caused by traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown or other causes beyond control.
6.4 Customers should not board a vehicle if they are unable to find a seat or if the maximum number do standing passengers (as displayed in the vehicle) have boarded.
6.5 Children under the age of 8 may only travel if seated.
6.6 No animal may be carried without the prior agreement of WCP – Park and Fly Bristol.
6.7 All travel luggage must be kept in the luggage storage areas on the vehicle and must not be placed in the aisles or standing areas.
6.8 The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations or whose conduct or condition is in the opinion of the driver a danger or potential danger to the vehicle or its passengers may be removed from the vehicle or prevented from boarding on the driver’s authority.
6.9 The Customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the Customer or any person traveling with the Customer.
7. Exclusion of Liability
7.1 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol does not accept any responsibility or liability (whether as Bailee or otherwise) for any theft, loss or damage to:
7.1.1 Any personal property or loose items left within the vehicle whilst on WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises (whether or not during the Parking Period).
7.1.2 For any personal property (including traveling luggage) of the Customer or any person traveling with the Customer either when on WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s premises or whilst traveling between Park and Fly Bristol’s premises and the airport.
7.2 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol does not accept any responsibility or liability (whether as Bailee or otherwise) for any damage to the wheels and tires, windscreen or any other glass or plastics inside or outside the vehicle.
8. Complaints Procedure
8.1 Nothing in this procedure restricts the Customers right to pursue remedies through the Court.
8.2 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol will acknowledge the Customer’s complaint by e-mail within 5 working days.
8.3 Subject to receiving the Customer’s co-operation in supplying any additional information which is required in relation to the complaint and (if required) the vehicle being made available for inspection WCP – PFB will deal promptly with the complaint.
8.4 A complaint will initially be dealt with by WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s Customer Services Department.
8.5 WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s Customer Services Officer (“CSO”) will endeavor to give a written decision in respect of the complaint within 30 days of receiving the same. This period may need to be extended in the event of any delay in the Customer supplying further information which is required or there being a delay in the vehicle being made available for inspection, this period can also be affected or extended by annual leaves.
8.6 In the event of a complaint relating to alleged damage to a vehicle the Customer must pay the administration fee for the photographic or CCTV evidence to be retrieved which is charged as £50 per e-mail photo or £100 per day of retrieved CCTV footage. Admin fee is only refundable in case that the damage was caused by WCP – Park and Fly Bristol parking or its staff, Customer will then make the vehicle available for inspection by WCP – Park and Fly Bristol prior to any repairs being carried out thereto.
8.7 Any repairs being carried out will be carried out on WCP – PFB’s terms and will be following quotations obtained by WCP – PFB’s through its contractors, not quotations obtained by customer from the company not associated with WCP-Park & Fly.
8.8 Any communication in relation to the complaint can be made by e-mail with the Company’s customer Services Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org
8.9 All telephone calls to WCP – Park and Fly Bristol are charged at the rate agreed with your telephone service provider. Telephone calls may be monitored.
The paragraph headings do not form part of these conditions and shall not be taken into account in the construction or interpretation thereof.
The contract between WCP – Park and fly Bristol and the Customer and any person traveling with the Customer shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and these conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. 11. Data Protection Compliance

11.1 For the purposes of this clause:
11.1.1 “Applicable Data Protection Legislation” shall mean (a) the Data Protection Act 1998; or (b) from 25th May 2018, the GDPR, read in conjunction with and subject to any applicable UK national legislation that provides for specifications or restrictions of the GDPR’s rules; or (c) from the date of implementation, any applicable legislation that supersedes or replaces the GDPR in the UK or which applies the operation of the GDPR as if the GDPR were part of UK national law, which may include the Data Protection Act 2018;
11.1.2 “Customer” shall mean the entity contracting with WCP – Park and Fly Bristol as identified in the agreement between such customer and WCP – Park and Fly Bristol;
11.1.3 “WCP – Park and Fly Bristol” shall mean the entity the customer is forming the contract with;
11.1.4 “GDPR” shall mean the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
11.2 Each party shall comply always with its respective obligations under the provisions of the Applicable Data Protection Legislation and shall not perform its obligations under this Agreement in such a way as to cause the other to breach any of its applicable obligations under Applicable Data Protection Legislation.
11.3 In the event the customer is booking the car parking service at www.wcpbristolairportparking.co.uk or over the phone at WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s landline, then WCP – Park and Fly Bristol processes Personal Data such as name, email address, telephone/mobile number to send the customer information such as the booking confirmation of the present booking or information regarding the future bookings. In connection with such processing WCP – Park and Fly Bristol shall:
11.3.1 process the Personal Data only on the bases of the information provided by the Customer while placing the booking and in accordance with this Agreement;
11.3.2 ensure that persons authorised to process the Personal Data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality and take steps to ensure that such persons only act WCP – Park and Fly Bristol’s instructions in relation to the processing;
11.3.3 implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage,
alteration or disclosure. These measures shall be appropriate to the harm and risk which might result from any unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage to the Personal Data and having regard to the nature of the Personal Data which is to be protected (and the Customer shall notify WCP – Park and Fly Bristol immediately if the nature of such Personal Data changes in a material way);
11.3.4 WCP – Park and Fly does not share any customer details with third parties.
11.3.5 not transfer Personal Data outside of the UK / European Economic Area.
11.3.6 assist the Customer to respond to requests from Data Subjects who are exercising their rights under the Applicable Data Protection Legislation;
11.3.7 notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware that it has suffered a Personal Data breach and shall not inform any third party of the Personal Data breach without first obtaining the Customer’s prior written consent, except when law or regulation requires it;
11.3.8 on the Customer’s reasonable request, assist the Customer to comply with the Customer’s obligations pursuant to Articles 32-36 of the GDPR (or such corresponding provisions of the Applicable Data Protection Legislation), comprising (if applicable):
(a) notifying a supervisory authority that WCP – Park and Fly has suffered a Personal Data breach;
(b) communicating a Personal Data breach to an affected individual;
(c) carrying out an impact assessment; and
(d) where required under an impact assessment, engaging in prior consultation with a supervisory authority;
11.3.9 unless applicable law requires otherwise, upon termination of the Agreement, at the option of the Customer comply or procure compliance with the following (i) delete all personal data
provided by the Customer to WCP – Park and Fly and/or (ii) return to the Customer all Personal Data provided by the Customer to WCP – Park & Fly
11.4 WCP – Park and Fly may collect, store and process contact Personal Data (such as name, work email address, telephone/mobile work number) for the purposes of the performance of this Agreement, and such collection and/or processing shall be carried out in accordance with such party’s privacy.
